Emmalee?

I get asked alot where we came up with "Emmalee Jean" for a name for our baby. We had originally wanted to name her Emma Jean - Emma (after Emma Smith) and Jean (after William's grandma Mobley.) We discovered, however, that Emma is a very popular name right now, and we didn't want our little girl to be one of a dozen Emma's in her class. We wanted her to feel unique. One day at the temple, I noticed the name tag of one of the sister's there - her name was Emmalee. I thought it was beautiful and told Will about it. We decided that we would name her Emmalee Jean and call her Emma or Emma Jean, or Emmalee if she preferred. So anyway, that's why we chose Emmalee Jean!
